To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j8de's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by the Player into their j8de account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j8de shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the j8de platform, even if j8de has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
j8de does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. j8de implements commercially reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
j8de reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a chargeback, or where j8de determines in good faith that continued operation of the account presents a risk to j8de or other users.
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, j8de reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, j8de will process the return of the verified balance via the Player's registered payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their j8de account in good standing may do so by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to account closure.
